How much does it cost?
A casual ad on any one of our sites will cost $7 and the ad will run for 30 days.
But with a "package", things get much cheaper:
Why do I have to log in to each web site separately? Google and the other Search Engines (Bing, Yahoo) are becoming very good at detecting ways of "tricking" them into returning higher page rankings. But no search engine will penalise legitimate content that exists on a unique web site. And that means we have to set up an account on each one (shared login may be available Q3 2010). When you buy a package you can nominate a common username and password though. Search engines love fresh content too, so making slight changes to your ads on different web sites is recognised as "new" content. The result is a higher page ranking. Then, when your ad is due to expire after 30 days, it's easy to log in, make a few small changes, and hit the 'Save' button. The result? Fresh content and a higher page ranking. And remember, credits never expire. What's an Affiliate? If you sign up to our Affiliate Program, it means that you place a very small banner advertising our web site on your site.
What other information you choose to put there is entirely up to you. The way it works is this: if people click on the banner on your site and come to our site and then decide to buy a package of advertising credits, you get a % of that sale. You are also paid 2 cents for each unique click. If you have a highly-traficked site, that can return a regular income. A "unique" click is a click-through by a unique visitor. Siting there and hitting the "click" button doesn't increase your income, our system is smart enough to know where the clicks come from. Also, for the sale to be recorded against your affiliate account, the client must click on the banner on your site, it's no good just to "tell" someone, clicking on the banner puts a cookie onto their computer that records the sale at their site. You can log into your account at any time to check the progress of your Affiliate Account. If you have a site that has higher than usual traffic, we can also negotiate individual affiliate terms. |
